Veterinary Compounding

Custom compounds made especially for pets and livestock

Standard Referral Form (PDF)Patient Resources

Custom formulations. Special dosages. Flavoring to help the medicine go down.

The pets and livestock you treat are one of a kind, with one-of-a-kind needs. Oftentimes, drug store pharmaceuticals fall short. For the cat that hisses at a hand-fed pill, the horse that heaves when you approach with a needle, and the bird with a rare skin condition, there is Cure Stat Rx veterinary compounding.

At Cure Stat Rx, we know animals small and large deserve a special level of care and compassion to ensure their therapeutic needs are met. That’s why we partner with veterinarians across the country to create special formulations, customize dosing, and make the medicine go down easier. Whether the commercially available dosage needs diluting or the chemical flavor fuels a frenzied pet, Cure Stat Rx has a handmade formulation that meets United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, for the most effective and pleasant experience possible.

A Taste of Their Own Medicine

Personalized prescription medication gives the most impatient patients the therapeutic care they need, when there’s no other way to get it.

Dosage Difficulties

When commercially available medicines don’t cut it, we’ll customize another dosage form that’s precisely right for the animal’s unique size and condition, including transdermal gels, suppositories, and flavored suspensions.

Flavor Possibilities

Administering medicine is easier for vets and pet owners when the animal loves the taste. Formulated with the flavor of fish, beef, chicken, bacon, turkey, liver, or fruit, medication becomes a delicious treat.

Unavailable Medication

If a manufacturer discontinues a medication the animal still needs, we’ll recreate it in a personalized strength, dosage form, and flavor.

Compounding is Just What the Doctor Ordered

If you’re a veterinarian who needs a trusted partner for custom medicine, it’s time to harness the power of veterinary compounding with Cure Stat Rx.

About Cure Stat Rx

Cure Stat Rx was founded with a mission to expand and pioneer treatments for rare and chronic diseases. This important pursuit has led to our partnerships with health providers and manufacturers who trust us as their specialized pharmacy of choice. We are skilled experts who can help you deliver the right care to your patients with customized compounds and specialty medications.

Safety Comes First

We frequently refresh our training, solicit routine monitoring, and test ourselves for technique and competency. Our processes are maintained at best-in-class industry standards, as we continuously fine-tune our operating procedures to optimize quality, performance, and service.

We are licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy, and our 503A facility is certified for sterile compounding standard USP 797 and standard USP 800 for the safe handling of hazardous drugs. Our compounding and lab equipment is routinely calibrated and maintained for compliance with standard industry protocols, and all pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies are sourced from licensed and reputable wholesale distributors. When necessary, additional testing is available for potency, sterility, and endotoxins.
